Founded in 1991, the HCCS is a registered, not for profit, charitable organization whose aim is to provide programs designed to improve the quality of life and enhance opportunities for Hungarian speaking residents in the Greater Toronto Area.
We offer social, educational, cultural and outreach programs and services.
